Hippeia: the student equestrian association in Utrecht!

Do you love horse riding or would you like to learn how to ride? At Hippeia, you can! We are a close and friendly student equestrian association where riders of all levels are welcome. Our weekly riding lessons on Wednesday evenings are the heart of the association, but we also organize various activities throughout the year—both with and without horses.

Fun and connection are key for us. In addition to the lessons, we often have dinner together and plan fun outings, ranging from a night of lasergaming to a weekend away during a Student Equestrian Meeting (SO). Of course, our annual camp is a highlight you don’t want to miss! At Hippeia, there are few obligations and lots of opportunities. You can join one of our committees, where you’ll not only contribute to the association but also develop valuable skills for the future.

Hippeia is small-scale and accessible. Everyone knows each other, and everyone is welcome, regardless of your studies, background, or experience. You decide how active you want to be and how you shape your time at Hippeia.
